Administration

The Administration pages can only be accessed by users with admin privileges.
This section allows management of:
  • Activities - The specific activities that a user can carry out. These are grouped by organsation and job code.
  • Users - The users that exist in the system
  • Job Codes - Used for grouping activities together
  • Organisations - Manages the organisations that the timesheet system needs to manage. Typically this would be one.
  • Roles - The roles available. Changes to this are not recommended other than to developers
  • Timesheet Statuses - The statuses that a timesheet can have. Changes to this are not recommended other than to developers
